Fighting off the Sunday Scaries? 👻 Join my Weekend Wind Down session to connect back to your breath and body. This will be a gentle and mindful class - great for beginners and experienced alike £10 (75 min session, online class) About me: Yoga has been part of my life for 20+ years, and in 2016 is when it really made an impact, helping to balance my very intense consulting career in New York. Fast forward to today and I’ve been teaching yoga since 2020 and studying the roots of yogic philosophy. I would love to share even a little bit of that centeredness that I’ve gained (and continue to work on personally 🤍)
