Spring is calling! 🌸 The air is so sweet that you can eat it with a spoon! 😊 I propose to have 3 hours walk in Epping Forest to find bluebells meadows and have 30 min Chakra balance breathing session. We will have a beautiful walk and see the forest awake, breathe clean air and hear birds singing. In the middle of forest we will have a breathing practice to connect with our body and eliminate stress . —— Breathing practice brings your attention to your body and helps to harmonise your feelings. Where is your attention, there is you power.❤️ No magic just Inhale and Exhale 😮💨 However it requires power to make it coherent and effective. A wave of your body will awake your energy. 💪 Chakras are reflections of endocrine glands. Let’s say chakras are the 7 doors that connect the physical body to our spirit. These doors should stay “opened” to let the energy flow. Chakras are considered to be connected to our major endocrine glands in the physical body.
