Event details
We will begin by setting an intention for our practice and connecting with our breath through some gentle warm-up movements. As we flow through the poses, we will focus on linking our breath with movement, using the inhale to expand and the exhale to release tension. We will also explore some inversions and backbends, building heat and some yummy twists. Throughout the class, modifications and variations will be offered to suit your level of experience and ability. We will end the practice with some seated and supine stretches, allowing the body to cool down and the mind to relax. Donation Based class
