We are delighted to invite you to a mini 3-hour afternoon retreat focused on holistic wellness and nourishment for body and soul. Join us as we gather to embark on a journey of reflection and self-discovery through yoga, meditation, and journaling. Date: July 8 Time: 13.45/17.00 Location: TripSpace Yoga&Dance Workshop Schedule: * 60 minutes: Dynamic Vinyasa Flow * Social Break * 20 minutes: Meditation * 10 minutes: Journaling * 60 minutes: Restorative Yoga * 15 minutes: Final Thoughts and Journaling Giuli & Matti, as experienced practicioners and passionate teachers, will guide you through asana and meditation practices to enhance flexibility, strength, positive mindset and holistic well-being. The dynamic vinyasa flow will focus on an invigorating back bending practice, while the restorative yoga session will allow for shoulder release, supported heart opening, deep relaxation and rejuvenation. We will take moments of stillness and guided meditation, anchoring the practice to what matters to you, allowing space to tend to the inner self and connecting intimately to the heart space. Time will be woven into the afternoon to inspire reflection, centering and preparing an environment for inner mindful clarity and nourishing mindset. Following the meditation, we will engage in journaling exercises, allowing reflection and deeper inner exploration as thoughts and emotions emerge from heartfelt embodied practice.
