Fast-paced and fun, this cardio class merges exercise with music and is tailored to keep you moving. Built using interval training and focusing on a variety of motions to effectively train you as you learn the foundations of VersaClimbing What is versaclimbing? A VersaClimber is cardio fitness machine with a 75-degree vertical rail with pedals and handles. There are a number of variables that can be tweaked including handle height, stroke length and resistance. Sweat by BXR has developed the most effective calorie-burning cardiovascular group training sessions in the world. The Versaclimber is a unique machine that mimics the natural motion of climbing and allows for a full-body cardio workout.
