What to bring:
• Yoga mat or something to lay down on.
• Pillow
• Water
• Sun protection (sunscreen on)
• Blanket or extra layers of clothes, make sure you are comfortable.
• We recommend you to wear long sleeves/pants to cover your skin from the sun, as you are going to be laying down facing upward.
• Open heart and mind to relax and heal.
