I have created this unique yoga experience especially for founders. I know how stressful it can be to create and run your own business so this format is especially designed to release tension, calm the mind and move the body in a playful yet focused practice. This yoga experience will be suitable for all, from the novice to the most experienced practitioners. Expect to move with the flow to some good musical beats and enjoy the positive energy. The session will start with a short meditation and will ease into a dynamic flow. Towards the end we will move into a more restorative practice. After the yoga session we will create a sharing circle game and everyone will speak one truth and one lie about themselves. We also will mingle, get to know each other and head out for drinks after to form stronger connections between the group. The price of this Yoga Experience will be £25 and I will share detail of payment in the group once you are accepted.
