UC Shakeout Run

An open invite to friends, family, and familiar faces. Join UC for an easy 30 min shakeout run along the Auckland harbour, starting and finishing at Lighthouse Café. No structure, no pressure. Just moving the body and loosening the legs before the big race. We’ll roll straight into coffee and a chit-chat to round out the morning. WHAT TO EXPECT ⭐️ 8:15am - Arrive / meet and greet ⭐️ 8:25am - Pre-run team huddle ⭐️ 8:30am - Easy run (6:00-7:00 min/km) ⭐️ 9:00am - Return to Lighthouse Café
