This blended of multiple skills-inspired class is tailored by Solène, an expert in the industry, she will make you feel comfortable to flow into a creative, energetic and heart rate raising 30min. Options are given from beginners to advanced levels. Results have already been proven with online clients already. Here’s a breakdown of what participants can expect: ☀️Warm-up: Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up that prepares the body for movement, focusing on mobilising joints and increasing blood flow. 💪 Full body strength: blending fitness techniques, the class incorporates strength-building exercises that engage major muscle groups. This helps improve overall strength and stability. 🔥 Core focus: dive into core-centric movements inspired by Pilates. This engage not only the abdominal muscles but also the deeper stabilising muscles, enhancing overall posture and balance. 🤸🏽♂️Flexibility and mobility: Through yoga-inspired stretches and poses, the class promotes increased flexibility and mobility. This segment helps release tension and improves the range of motion. 🦋 Flow and creativity: The sequence encourages participants to flow seamlessly from one movement to the next, with creativity and connection between mind and body. This dynamic flow raises heart rates and builds endurance. 🫧 Cool down: Ending with a restorative cool down, participants will experience relaxation and mindfulness, integrating the benefits of the session. You can uplift and upgrade your life by adjusting your beliefs, thoughts, and feelings. You will find here reprogramming and meditative content that assists you in transforming your life experience into one filled with joy, peace, abundance and bliss. These 30min guided meditations will elevate your vibrations effortlessly, starting with: 🩵 Breath-work: The practice often starts with breath-work techniques to centre the mind and body. This helps participants ground themselves and prepare for deeper meditation. 💜 Visualisation: leading you through vivid visualisations designed to evoke positive feelings and imagery. This can include scenes of tranquility, abundance, or personal aspirations, aiding in reprogramming negative beliefs. 🤍 Affirmations and reprogramming: you will be introduced to affirmations that challenge limiting beliefs and replace them with positive, empowering thoughts.
