Yoga practice is teaching us to unite our breath, body and mind. Through the practice we explore our bodies limitations, distancing ourselves from conscious mind. In this unique experience yoga flow is designed together with music fully connecting breath, movement and music together, which allows to go deeper into the flow. Sound of forest also help to relax and disconnect from the busy city life. Join me on the intensive but deeply meditative class this Sunday to relax and recharge after the bust week.
