Hey guys this is my first experience on Locals - thought I’d share this with you as I’m sure many of you would love to come along and try this out. It’s not the typical gym or yoga class we all know and not everyone knows how to access these and where so hopefully that’ll make someone else happy! The first hour is focused on one discipline eg trapeze or silks, then one hour of what you want and this can even be juggling, unicycle, rope walking… great environment to disconnect and have fun while building muscles The adult class is happening every Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:30 and costs £24 pp if we are more than 3, if not £28 per session. Booking are with bank transfer I’ll send the details in the chat
