Event details
I’ve got a group doing the Three Peaks Challenge, we are looking for 2-4 more Locals to join us. Dates 3rd July - 5th July. An Exclusive event for our group – this means our group will have our own guide and transport. Details below: The Three Peaks (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike & Snowdon) are the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales. The Challenge is to climb these three peaks, one each day. A rough itinerary of the weekend is: Day 1 – pick-ups from Manchester Piccadilly train station at 10am and Glasgow International airport at 4pm and then travel on to the overnight accommodation in Fort William (the evening meal is not included, as people prefer to make their own reservation depending on their food preferences). Day 2 – at around 7am, after breakfast (which is included), travel a short way to Ben Nevis and the start of the challenge. After completing Ben Nevis, the transport will take you to the Lake District for an evening ascent of Scafell Pike. Day 3 – after Scafell Pike, travel on to Wales for an early morning ascent of Snowdon. Once the challenge is completed you will be transported to Manchester Piccadilly train station. There will be planned ‘supermarket / service station’ type stops for everyone on the challenge to stock up on snacks/ sandwiches / drinks and you will be able to leave your stuff on the transport bus while you are on each summit. Please find attached our recommended kit list for this challenge. The price for the challenge is £499 per person based on 2 people sharing a twin room and includes the following:- - Professional event organisation - One night’s twin room accommodation including breakfast (on the evening in Fort William).
