I got one guest pass for September🤗 Would love to share it with 1 person, show around the gym and train together! My usual routine is doing 60-90mins strength/functional training, 10-15mins stretching, and finishing with sauna/steam room. You can join me for a full cycle or just do your workout. Would love to exchange some knowledge on fitness&wellness or do a workout from your protocol 🦴💪🏼🏋🏽♀️
