About event
Theatre of the mind is a peaceful space we create together inside your own mind with the help of your imagination and soothing sounds. During the whole session we use headphones and keep our eyes close, this creates space between the outer world and inner world for you to really immerse inside your own mind. First, we start relaxing the whole body with gentle movement and breath connection, then, we journey inside the actual theatre with the guidance of Pilot ́s Daughter ́s soothing voice...
