Event details
Hi! My name is Artem, and I’m an entrepreneur and experimenter. Over the course of my life, I’ve done quite a variety of things: I created an IT company with over 9 million users where people trained their brains, opened yoga schools, and even launched a chain of strip clubs where I combined technology and neuroscience. Incidentally, the strip club project earned me a talent visa, so now I live in London. But those are all external achievements. On the inside, I’ve been on a decades-long journey to understand how to deal with pain, anxiety, and life’s dead ends. There was a time when I became seriously ill. Doctors only gave vague diagnoses, and traditional methods didn’t help. I tried everything I could find — psychoanalysis, hypnosis, yoga, and some truly exotic approaches. But real transformation happened when I discovered a method called Empty Bowl. It felt like finding the treasure I had been searching for my entire life. This method works very deeply, addressing three levels simultaneously: 1. The physical level. Tension, tightness, and even chronic pain start to melt away. The body literally sheds the burden it has been carrying for years. 2. The psychological level. You begin to notice the beliefs and strategies that run your life, like fear of conflict or the need to control everything. This awareness shifts how you see life. 3. The energy level. You feel lightness, harmony, and things around you start to align effortlessly. This method isn’t about struggle or trying to “fix” yourself but about trust and acceptance. It’s like taking off a heavy backpack you’ve carried your whole life without realizing how much it weighs. If this resonates with you, I invite you to meet this Saturday, have a conversation, and try a short meditation so you can experience it for yourself. I’ve rented a hall in a Buddhist center (I’ll send the details in private), and we’ll spend about an hour to an hour and a half there. It’s completely free — I just want to share it with those who might benefit. If this speaks to you, feel free to join in :) Looking forward to meeting you!
