Hi beautiful people, I am Will a personal trainer/life coach/ philanthropist. This is going to be an unique experience: - 2:30pm Body Will Stay Fit - workout with me. I will train you and show you the secret to have the right mindset when it comes to stay fit - 3:30pm Soul Chat with Nicholas and Paschal, they are homeless, they live under a bridge in Regent’s park. They are spiritual being, really clever and they can connect with anyone. Prepare some questions about universe/life/love and ask to them. - 5:30pm Mind Ending the day with a nice trip renting a boat cruising Regent’s canal. Bring some food and drinks to have a picnic on the boat. The perfect way to stay connected and be grateful for the day. The price to rent the boat is around £20 - £23 depends on how many participants we are going to be
