Will slowly build up a sequence and finish with slightly longer savasana and head massage with a few drops of essential oils. Music will be ambient techno and Thai/Bali vibes. Happy to teach as small as 1-2 people to a higher group. Bring a mat if you have one, otherwise I’ll share one, just let me know. Meeting at 13-15 at Sendero coffee in Ponton Road and it’s 2min walk to the rooftop.
