I’m hosting my first dance class on Sunday 15th December from 4-5pm at New City Fitness in Epping and It would be amazing to have you there to support and take part! It will be a beginner friendly, women only class so it’s suitable for anyone whether you have dance experience or not. I just want to create a space for people to meet new people, improve and get fit!
