Join me for a rejuvenating yoga session at a beautiful park. We'll start with gentle stretches as the sun sets, filling the sky with vibrant colors. Then, we'll move into a flowing sequence to help us connect with nature and find inner peace. Afterward, we can enjoy some healthy snacks and chat about our favorite yoga poses. All levels are welcome!
