About event

Hello! I recently completed my Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in India and would like to offer a free 60 min class along with the Gongfu Tea Ceremony and opportunity to connect. Yoga has never been merely a physical activity for me and therefore I always bring philosophy into my class as well as focus on pranayama and meditation.
