Hey community 🌙 Every Sunday I host a free sound bath on the beach during sunset ✨ What’s a sound bath? It’s a massage for the soul. 1 hour of sound meditation is equivalent to 4-8 hours of sleep and all you have to do is lay down, close your eyes, breathe, and listen to the sound. 🌊 I’d love to see you there. No donation necessary. Oh and bring warm and cozy things like blankets, pillows, maybe a stuffed animal, an eye-mask, and such and such ❤️ Located at Lifeguard 24 across the address 2400 Ocean Front Walk, Santa Monica, CA.
