Every Sunday you can find open houses across the city typically from 2-5pm. Often as a realtor, I’m busy sitting one of my team’s own listings, but for the weekends I’m not I’d love to meet up with other young realtors, home buyers and architecture/interior design enthusiasts in my Fairfax/WeHo adjacent neighborhood (Think La Cienaga, Santa Monica, La Brea, Beverly) and check out a few homes! I’ll plan the route ahead of time and we’ll meet at a coffee shop then head out! *YOU MUST HAVE A CAR. NO CARPOOLING WITH ANYONE YOU JUST MET.* For COVID and general safety reasons, please have your car and be prepared to drive short distances (we’ll stay within the before-mentioned area so it won’t be much) and please have a mask and hand sanitizer. When viewing homes you often touch doorknobs, light switches etc so hand sanitizer is key. If you’re currently home shopping please let me know & we can chat more!
