Join me for a 30-minute online group meditation session on Zoom, designed for both beginners and experienced meditators. We’ll start with a 15-minute guided meditation to help you center yourself, release stress, and find inner calm. Following that, we’ll spend 15 minutes practicing gratitude, a powerful way to reflect on the week, shift your mindset, and cultivate a sense of positivity. This session is a wonderful opportunity to connect with others, nurture your mental well-being, and end your week on a high note.
