I’m a fitness instructor and health coach allowing some locals to come to my classes FREE FOR A WEEK to help you find the right gym to keep you healthy and active this summer! The class is for ALL FITNESS LEVELS. Includes mobility, full body strength and conditioning. We’re also a PT clinic so any questions about your body are welcomed!!
