About club

✨weekly event✨ Hi everyone! I’m a qualified Personal Trainer looking to empower everyone to run and strength train. Not your usual fast pace run club. The session will be a 3-5k run (6:30/km +) with stops in between for strength exercises. Small Bag drop available! (Small A5 bags or jackets only) Let’s grab a post run drink together! P.s. at the moment, we are recruiting more members and will go to different existing run clubs together.
