Join us for a relaxing Sound Guided Meditation session, where you can relax and rejuvenate your mind and body. Experience the soothing melodies of Himalayan Singing Bowls played by our sound healer, Anmol, which will help you achieve a deep state of relaxation all in the comfort of a beautiful private residence in Kensington, near Holland Park. The session will start with some calming breath-work before transitioning into a sound-guided meditation, lasting one hour from 12:30pm to 1:30pm. We've set aside two hours for the event (12pm to 2pm) to allow for socializing and enjoying some herbal tea for 30 minutes before and after the sound guided meditation. After the session, you'll leave feeling refreshed, harmonized, and relaxed. Whether you're seeking stress relief, better sleep, or a transformative healing experience, join us as we nurture your mind, body, and soul. We will provide everything you need for the session: mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, please feel free to bring anything else you need to be comfortable. About the facilitator: I'm originally from India, raised in Dubai, studied in Marbella, lived in Chicago, and now call London home. My exposure to yogic practices from a young age fueled my interest, leading me to become a certified Hatha Yoga teacher. My passion for the science of vibrations grew, and I received formal training in Himalayan Mystic Sound Therapy in Rishikesh, India. Combining my diverse experiences, I craft unique sound journeys to enhance your body's natural healing abilities, aiming to stimulate your energy centres and spread positive vibrations.
