What could be better than having a sound healing session in the heart of West London at Gymbox, Westfield with the added bonus of getting to use the facilities - we recommend the sauna! Arrive 15 mins early to check in with your ID and sign the Gymbox waiver (first timers). Enjoy a 30 min session of sound bath with our favourite sound healer, Dr Gene. Yoga mats + bolsters are provided for your sound healing session. If you would like to shower/sauna please get a FREE towel from reception. Kindly note, the sauna is an optional activity and we are not doing it as a group. Men and women have separate saunas in their respective changing rooms.
