Yoga Studio 2 upstairs. Open to 18 year old plus (no minors accepted to gymbox) Requirement: present ID and sign Gymbox Waiver (first timers) ARRIVE 10 MINS EARLY Come and have a 30 minute session of sound healing with Dr. Gene. We provide: yoga mats and bolsters. If you would like to shower and sauna please get a FREE towel from reception. We are not doing the sauna as a group, these are in the changing rooms. Men’s room is on the 2nd floor next to the cycle studio and women’s is upstairs. Please note there are stairs and this is not disabled accessible. Gymbox may be able to validate parking for up to two hours…. Ask them nicely! We are doing 2 sessions back to back so please ask that you leave promptly to allow us to tidy up and swap sessions. There is a water fountain top of the stairs on the left. Enjoy the experience and have a little stretch out after the session.
