Yoga Studio 2 upstairs. Open to 18 year old plus (no minors accepted to gymbox) Requirement: present ID and sign Gymbox Waiver (first timers) ARRIVE 10 MINS EARLY Come and have a 30 minute session of sound healing with Dr. Gene. We provide: yoga mats and bolsters. If you would like to shower and sauna please get a FREE towel from reception. We are not doing the sauna as a group, these are in the changing rooms.
