As the days shorten and the weather cools down, it can be easy to retreat indoors and lose touch - with nature, others and ourselves. Somatics & Strolls is a kind and nurturing space to pause and get a little dose of nature, de-stress, soothe anxiety, regulate your nervous system, tune in and find your center.
