We’ll meet on the sand at Tower 26 for: Gratitude 🫶 Breathwork 🧘‍♀️ Beach Run (1/2 mile) 🏃‍♂️ Ocean Plunge 🌊 What to bring/wear: - Towel - Bathing suit (if ocean plunging) - Water Parking / Arrival: Enter the short term lot (on the right side if facing the ocean). The pay machines will charge $1/hr. Walk down the wooden boardwalk & Lifeguard Tower 26 will be on your right.
