Spring is in the air! It's time to move away from winter and start our spring cleaning with a nice hike in upstate New York to free our minds. :) How is a hike financial wellness? Not only are we meeting new people to grow our network and thus our net worth, but mental health is also a direct component of financial wellness. If you've been feeling groggy and a little down from the cloudy winter, a hike to take in the fresh air and the views of the beautiful nature around us may be a quick fix to improve productivity and morale here in the concrete jungle. Our minds and ability to work is our greatest asset to accrue income and build generational wealth. We have to protect that at all costs and provide spiritual healing when we can! Here's the plan: K-Co. is coordinating a hike to Bull Hill on April 1. We will meet at Ginjan Cafe in Harlem at 9 am for some morning caffeine. This will also give us some time to meet others who will be joining the hike as well. At 10 am, we will take the metro north to Bull Hill from the Harlem 125th station. From the Harlem 125th Metro Station, we will take the Hudson Rail to Cold Springs, and from there, we will walk 20 min to the spot. The hike itself is a little over 3 miles. Once we get there, we will chill and do hiking things; then, we will come down and grab food at the Cold Spring Depot. From Cold Springs Depot, we will head back to the city. Feel free to leave after the hike if you don't want to grab a bite to eat, whereas Cold Springs Dept is next to the Metro North. The hike is intermediate FYI What you will need to bring/buy: -K-Co. day pass for this event is $25, returning K-Co. event goers is only $15. -Metro north round trip ticket: RT is usually $30 -Food, water, and hiking recreationals. -Best shoes to wear will be hiking shoes; tennis shoes will work as well. -Good spirit, energy, and happy vibes! *Disclosure By participating, you are aware that K-Co. and its affiliates are not liable for any missing persons, damages, injuries, or anything that would negatively impact K-Co. and its affiliates, legally or financially
