Davina Joy & Captain Pat can both relate to the fear & anxiety that comes up when having a desire to rhyme, rap or sing, but not being able to Fully step into a space of Confidence to do so. At Sipher Shenanigans, We Want to GET SILLY! We Want to GET CREATIVE! We Want to PLAY! Without worry, anxiousness, doubt, criticism or fear of being judged. Come hold a space of Acceptance, Surrender, Openness, Joy, Laughter & Play with us as we Activate Our Musical Creativity, Together! We will put on some fun instrumental beats & Let Go of our Inhibitions Together! As a group we will Support each other’s silliness & GET WEIRD!
