Hello ✨ Would you like to dive into a unique experience inspired by the Japanese tradition of Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing)? This practice involves fully immersing yourself in nature to relax, calm the mind, and reconnect with yourself. Join us for a soothing walk in the forest – a perfect opportunity to explore this wellness approach while meeting others in a caring and zen environment. Program: • Date and Location: January 25th, Bois de Vincennes (TBC) • Japanese Forest Bathing: A slow and silent walk of about 2 hours, where we’ll take the time to breathe, listen to the sounds of nature, and savor each moment. Simple breathing and observation exercises will also be offered. • Snack Break: Everyone brings their own snack (sweet, savory, or a drink), and we’ll enjoy this friendly moment together in a peaceful natural setting. What to bring: • Comfortable clothing suitable for walking. • A small bottle of water. • [Optional] A cushion or blanket to sit on comfortably during the break.
