This session is designed to help you reconnect with your inner self, manifest success, and cultivate mental and emotional resilience. ✨ What to Expect: - Wellness Check-In: We begin with a mindful check-in, assessing your current mental and emotional state. - The Power of Journaling: Learn the importance of journaling for self-reflection and personal growth, followed by a guided journaling activity. - Manifesting Success: Explore how to manifest your dreams effectively and practice a powerful manifestation exercise. - Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation: Flow through a yoga sequence that connects mind and body, calming breathwork, and a peaceful meditation to centre yourself. - Closing Wellness Check-In: Reflect on how your state of mind has shifted since the beginning of the session. This event is designed to empower you, helping you develop the tools needed for self-growth and mental wellbeing. Come prepared to explore, release, and reconnect. Shadeyah is the founder of Wellness With Shadeyah, a qualified yoga teacher and a wellbeing coach. She has been on her own personal journey to combat her anxiety, depression and eradicate negative thoughts. It has been a challenging journey through life but in 2018, all things shifted for the better. She has learnt so much over the years regarding mindset, and how practises like yoga, meditation and affirmations can improve both your internal and external circumstances. She has now reached a stage in her journey where she can share these key life skills with the wider community to help them feel empowered and transform into the best version of themselves.
