Sensual dance workout for complete beginners + social This is a dance-inspired full-body workout. It is designed for ladies who don’t have any dance experience. You will learn basic feminine dance moves step by step in a small group. Each exercise is a sensual dance move that engages your muscles and improves your dancing. You’ll learn a variety of feminine dance moves and at the end of the class we will connect a few moves together to create a short choreo. This class improves your strength and flexibility and it is a full body workout. It will help you to start your dance journey in such feminine styles like high heels, pole dance and burlesque. The class duration is one hour. She mostly did pole dance, exotic pole dance and for the last 5 years she has been exploring sensual feminine dance style. Natasha has 2 years of experience teaching pole dance, exotic pole dance and stretching. The group is 10 people max. You will have access to the changing rooms and showers. The class will be held every Saturday at 3:30pm. After the class our group will be going to the Goswell Road Coffee, everybody is welcome to join.
