Part of my 2025 goals is to take healing to the next level and become more informed/commutative with that process. This book club is for my self-help lovers, reading books on trauma management, anxiety, relationships, and self knowledge. We’ll meet once a month and discuss the book and once a month to do a wholesome activity to also create a support system/community. but this is just an intro meeting for everyone. Snack/wine/potluck style encouraged Some books I have in mind so far I wanna read are: The Body Keeps the Score Don’t Believe Everything You Think The Shadow Journal Atomic Habits Attached No Bad Parts The Inner Work of Relationships But obviously, it will be voted on or raffled on a month-by-month basis Please only join if u can come consistently :)
