Cacao Ceremony and Full Moon Circle! The theme will be about releasing what is not serving us so we can step into the next, up-leveled version of self. With eclipse season upon us, our shadows tend to come to the surface as we may find ourselves easily triggered more often. This an opportunity to explore old habits and patterns with compassion and gently release what is holding us back. Due to the volatile nature of eclipse season, we offer the chance to nurture our emotional selves and reflect, rather than set intentions. We will have a cacao ceremony to start, a bit of breath work, light yoga, guided meditation, and sound bath. Please bring a journal, pen, and yoga mat; option to bring your favorite mug and anything to you'd like to meditate with or add to the altar.
