SSG is rooted in three Principles: i. Emotional Intelligence ii. Self Inquiry to Self Mastery iii. Sacred Sisterhood In the first half, we will deeply check in with our mind, body, heart, wallet and spirit. You will have total freedom to express yourself as you desire. We will practice radically seeing, hearing, and accepting one another. (Expression is not mandatory, witnessing and listening will be profoundly effective.) In the second half, we will begin a transformative journey of SELF - INQUIRY. Through healing modalities, philosophies, ancient practices and embodiment play, each one of us will build our own SELF- MASTERY ToolKit.
