We're organizing a fun outings for an authentic Russian banya experience – think of it as a rejuvenating thermal spa adventure, perfect for rest and relaxation 😌 What is "banya"? Imagine a wilder version of a sauna: but a super hot (this Hoxton place is the hottest one in London in my opinion) It's about 70–100°C with 40–60% humidity — so you warm up quickly, relax tense muscles, clear your head and usually sleep like a baby afterwards 😴 And of course there is a 7–10°C plunge or an ice‑cold shower 🥶
