Meeting outside Marble Arch Understand Station 8AM sharp. - Run 3 km - Swim or get dipped in Water (outdoor temperature) - Run 3 km Take with you: - Flip Flops - Towel No changing rooms available, we change on the spot but you can also come prepared. After we go and grab some Coffee, Tea at a coffeeshop and have some social! This will be a great kickstart for an a Amazing Weekend!
