Rumble is a super friendly environment with no expectations. Love combat sports? This session is with Luke who is one of 1Rebels’s best boxing trainers and loves giving practical tips. 1Rebel is one of the best gyms in London. They’ll supply the gloves, a water bottle and filtered water, the bag (you get your own, no sharing), chilled towels, showers with fancy products and a glass of Prosecco afterwards. Told you it was fancy. 🥂🍾 Afterwards we’ll be hungry and get dinner around Broadgate 🍝
