Join me for one of my favorite classes in London - 50 minutes of maximum intensity training, with split intervals between the floor and the rower that are obsessively calibrated for maximum results/time effectiveness! We will burn up to 800 calories, working 85% of muscles, improving posture and all with minimum stress on joints. Donations from £30 will be accepted 🙏🏼❤️ Let’s raise vital funds for Chose Love while we unite with other Rowbots for this intense mental and physical strengthening.
