Hi Beautiful People, •Have you had a peaceful and loving childhood? •Have you had amazing and totally loving relationships with your parents? •Have you received enough love, support and care while growing up? If you've answered "No" to at least 2 of these questions, this workshop is definitely for you. Unfortunately, most of us grew up not in the most loving and caring conditions we would prefer and deserve. Sometimes it might be hard to accept and stop blaming your parents or guardians. I grew up like that, I had both loving parents, but, unfortunately, like most parents in this world, they were very far from "perfect" ones. I've never heard from them the words "I love you", "I miss you" and never experienced any close connection with them. So I had to learn REPARENTING, in other words, while being an adult myself, I had to learn how to become a loving parent to myself. IN THIS WORKSHOP YOU WILL: *meet and connect with your inner child, *discover your main unfulfilled needs, *learn how to treat yourself with LCK: love, compassion and kindness, *open for yourself a 'Loving parent' voice, *learn the tools to provide support for yourself anytime. You will have to be brave, vulnerable and willing to unlearn old patterns of behaviour. It is time to let the past go and heal your beautiful Inner Child.
