Tal & I will be holding space at the Local’s House for a heavenly Harp & Crystal Sound Bowl sound bath. If you’ve never been to a sound bath the best way I can describe it as a massage for the soul where all you need to is lay down, close your eyes, relax, and bathe in the sound. If you’ve never meditated or maybe find it hard, this is the perfect to get into it. Research shows brain wave patterns during a sound bath can simulate a Buddhist Monk’s brain waves in deep Zen Meditation. If you’re an avid sound bath goer and you haven’t experienced the Harp, it adds a deep reverberation that uplifts the heart in such a sweet and serene way. We’re excited to hold space and can’t wait to have ya’ll ❤️ Here’s the itinerary: 8:00pm Setting Space & Arrival 8:30pm Guided Gentle Breathing & Meditation 8:40pm Harp & Bowl Sound Bath 9:40pm Closing Session & Open Sharing 10:00pm Exiting The Space ❤️ It’ll be a “pay what you can event” and we’re hoping for around $25. If you feel called to give more to pay it forward for someone else who may not be able to give as much, we welcome that as well :) No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
