📣Join us for a rejuvenating experience at the RAIA Yoga & Sound Bath Workshop on Saturday, February 3rd, at Omnon Studio Islington. Led by the incredible @movementwithjenny - Lead Mind and Body Trainer at Third Space, this 2 hours session begins with yoga and seamlessly transitions into a blissful sound bath. ✨Part 1 Yoga - Let’s step away from our busy world and allow yourself time to pause and simply be. Immerse yourself in this fusion of yoga and sound healing and experience their restorative energies to harmonise and balance your mind, body and soul. Our workshop will begin with an hour of yoga practice. As you relax deeper into each stretch your body will release tension and stress from the ligaments, fascia and joints. This helps life giving energy to flow freely around your body to rebalance the nervous system and calm the busy mind. ✨Part 2 Sound Bath - The second hour of our workshop is your time to relax and receive the enchanting sounds of Crystal Bowls, Live Vocals, Tibetan Bowls and the mysterious, gentle sounds of our wind gong. The sound vibrations and frequencies of these instruments work on chakra (energy) points in the body, with the intention of restoring a sense of harmony, vitality and balance within you. Your sound experience will be unique to you. Sound can feel energising for some people, whilst others feel relaxed. Sound may gift you clarity of thought or creative vision✨ ✨Partnering with @yatlina to enhance your senses through aromatherapy oil patches, creating an immersive experience.
