Who wants to join me for puppy yoga?🐶❤️ Puppy yoga is the combination of yoga and pure puppy cuddles in a stress-free environment. It provides that much needed time where you can relax and cuddle up with a puppy.🧘‍♀️ Interactions with animals especially dogs/puppies have been proven extremely beneficial to our mental wellbeing. Interacting with animals can provide stress-relieving physiological benefits and helps an individual experience more positive emotion. 🌝 Capacity of limited: 10 people max.
