Our next circle is happening Sunday, June 25th at Yoga Nest in Venice from 2 to 4pm. The theme is all about connecting to our authentic selves in honor of pride month! As usual we begin with a cacao ceremony, breath work, move into a short vinyasa flow/ authentic movement practice, some light journaling, and end with a guided meditation and sound bath.
