I'm a firm believer in the power of small, focused groups (comprising 4-5 individuals) for effective communication and collaboration. Here's how it works: You'll be asked to provide some basic information, such as your experience level and preferred language. Based on this, I'll form small groups, or 'circles', each consisting of 4-5 members. These circles are encouraged to independently arrange their offline gatherings, choosing a frequency that best suits their schedules and preferences. To keep things fresh and perspectives diverse, we can consider reshuffling these circles every few months. If you're new to product management but eager to learn, you're also welcome to join.
