On 18 of January, I would like to invite you on cooking master class for profiteroles and amazing marble cake. On this master class I will share with you some technologies of preparing choux pastry and we will do the classic French pastry cream for our profiteroles. I will teach you how to mix the dough, how to pipe it. Also we are going to make together delicious and tender cake with Belgium dark chocolate. You going to take this cake at home and to share it with your family and friends over a cup of tea. This master class will be on Russian language. On English language will be announced soon.
