Ready to challenge yourself? With outdoor workout season well and truly here, why not make the most of it? This workout is going to be different than what you might be used to This is going to challenge your mind, to help you push through your mind trying to talk you out of it! We will be making good use of the common (take that what you will) The workout is to be separated as follows: 1️⃣ Mobility Warm Up 2️⃣ Bodyweight Circuits and Endurance 3️⃣ The Mental Test (Cardio Finisher) What to bring? 1️⃣ Water 2️⃣ A fitness Matt (if you have one) 3️⃣ Fun and positive attitude All levels welcome, there will be modifications made depending on your level... But no matter what level you are at, you will challenge yourself during this workout Meeting point at Clapham Common Bandstand at 6:15pm for a 6:30pm start. Who's ready for a good challenge? Jack
